Sarah McLachlan brought her Fumbling Towards Ecstasy 30th Anniversary Tour to Ottawa, and what an amazing incredible, emotional, beautiful evening it was. The opening act was Tiny Habits, and with Sarah McLachlan on stage were our friends Melissa McClelland and Luke Doucet from the band Whitehorse! My daughter and I were so glad to finally be able to see Sarah McLachlan, especially after the show she was originally scheduled to play here November 8th, 2024 had to be cancelled due to a bad bout of laryngitis, which also prevented her from finishing the tour. This show was beyond words, and given Sarah was fighting off yet another bout of laryngitis, it was even more amazing, a testament to her strength and her love and devotion to her fans! It’s sad to see that she has had to cancel more shows from this tour this year, and I wish her a speedy recovery, and hope she can take the time she needs… Sara – all of your fans understand, and we will be here when you are ready to return!
